JUMP ROPE TIPS
1. Use small wrist movements (rotations) to swing the rope around. Do not use your entire arms because it’s slower, consumes more energy, and it will completely mess up your co-ordination.
2. When jump/hop/skip, leave only just enough for the rope to slide beneath your feet. Again, if you jump too high then you’ll use up unnecessary energy and mess up your entire rhythm.
